Our mission is to work hard to become a valuable supplier to our customer base. We recognize that this is a journey; not a destination. We focus on representing quality Manufacturers, adding value, and at all times adhere to the highest ethical standards.

Company Profile

Territory: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico

Customers: Electric Utilities, Coops, Energy, Engineering/ Construction, Industrial, OEMs, and Distributors.

PRI was incorporated in January 1996. Our Sales have grown to over $40mil and our customer base continues to expand with our territory and as we fill our specialized product basket. We specialize in Utility products and we support what we sell.

PRI is the result of a merger between The Bergin Company of Austin, Texas and Electric Power Reps of Houston in 1996. In 2004 Westmoreland Engineering Sales became part of PRI. Our sales team has an average of 20 years experience in Electric Power Equipment Sales. We have streamlined and automated the sales communication process- Requests, quotes and orders by fax or Email. This allows us to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Our Sales team is specification oriented and they are motivated to sell our manufacturer’s products. As all of our sales people are paid commission for each sale, they will work hard to get the order and make the customer happy.

PRI current has eleven employees. Our team is made up of seven sales consultants, three inside sales consultants, and three admin and marketing consultants.

We currently have offices in Houston, Austin, Fort Worth, and Dallas.

Bob Bergin, Jr.	President and Stockholder – Bob has direct sales responsibility for Municipals and Electric Coops in Texas and the Distributors that serve them.
Jeff Jacquin	Vice President and Stockholder – Jeff manages the Investor Owned Utility sales in North Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
Mike Dishongh	Utility and Industrial Sales – Mike is responsible for Reliant Resources, Centerpoint Energy and a segment of the South Texas Industrial market, which includes Beaumont and Corpus Christi.
Mark Cunningham	Industrial Sales Manager for Dallas Fort Worth area.
Celine Wilson	Inside Sales for Industrial Distributors.
Teri Barnhill	Inside Sales for Industrial and Utility Customers and Operations Manager.
Tiffany Rodgers	Administrative Assistant – Order Management, ship schedules, and Sales Support.
